Classes

We provide combined sessions for Beginners, Improvers and Intermediates.

  • Beginner - little or no running before. Target is to achieve 5k (3 miles) in ten weeks
  • Improver - accomplished beginner or experienced runner returning after a long absence
  • Intermediate - capable of running 5k+

    All sessions

  • last approximately one hour
  • are structured to incorporate dynamic warm-ups, fitness work and cool-down stretches
  • are designed so that each runner can go at his or her own pace - no need to worry about being left behind or held back

    The main emphasis is on having FUN!

    We can advise on local races (of any distance) and encourage our runners to try at least one, although there is no obligation to do so!

    All Abilities

    Monday 9.15am - Hemsted Forest, Goddards Green Car Park
    Thursday 7.00pm - Tanyard Car Park, Cranbrook
    Saturday 8.00am - Park Lane, Bedgebury Forest

    Fees
    Kindly note there is a 3.50 charge per session (on the day) or a block of ten sessions for 30.00 (payable in advance).
